Curraj i Epërm Summer Camping

The Curraj i Epërm camping is located in the heart of Albanian Alps, in a zone not accessible by car, which makes it an ideal location for active tourists, backpackers and hikers alike.

The village is surrounded by mountains up to 2500 m high, it is connected to the surrounding points of interest like Theth, Valbona or Koman lake by a network of more than 100 km of marked hiking trails ( http://albanianchallenge.org/en/maps ) and offers authentic experience of the true nothern Albanian culture and countryside, without electricity, and other disturbing elements:

Enjoy home products from the local farms (cheese, milk, honey, meat, Albanian specialities) – all straight from the local people (no reselling)
Have a rest in one of the most stranded villages in the Albanian north, swim in the river, get to know the cultural herritage or climb the unnamed peaks that surround the whole valley
Hike and discover around the village and see unexplored caves, waterfalls and abandoned villages and houses
Everyone you will meet here (including the locals 🙂 had to go through the same trails as you did, or even a more demanding one (in other words: meet other active tourists!)
