We are a friendly family run campsite located in the old olive grove of Ksamil, Albania – one of Europe’s best kept secrets. With spectacular beaches offering a variety of attractions and things to see nearby, like Butrint ancient ruin and national park, we’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay.

We offer pitches for tents and caravans/motor-homes. Facilities include toilets, shower, garden kitchen, wi-fi, running water for caravans and a private herb & fruit garden offering shade and somewhere to relax! have specially made shaded parking space for motor-homes.

We also have an experienced private Doctor onsite available to help with any health needs – this is something you won’t find available elsewhere!

We can also offer wonderful cooked meals and local wines. Why not try the fresh mussels from Butrint lake?
